Most insurance plans cover pelvic PFT with varying copays/deductibles. As a cash-based practice, we don’t submit your visits to insurance. Instead we can provide you with a superbill following your visits to seek reimbursement for out-of-network care. Please verify benefits before your first visit if you’re worried about reimbursement. Please don't let cost concerns stop you from calling, we can discuss options.

While Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy does not directly increase fertility, it can help remove physical barriers that may affect conception. By addressing issues such as painful intercourse, pelvic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction, PFPT can improve comfort during timed conception efforts and fertility treatments, including IVF, helping you better navigate your fertility journey.
-
Absolutely. We send evaluation summaries and progress updates to your referring provider and communicate about timing and any concerns. You're at the center of a collaborative care team.

By being Out-of-Network, we are able to provide up to 1 hour of one-on-one individualized care, which means you receive personalized treatments tailored to your specific needs. This leads to faster and more effective results, reducing the overall cost and number of visits needed for physical therapy.
You will have a dedicated physical therapist who will work with you throughout your entire recovery. This continuity of care ensures you receive the best possible outcome and helps prevent any setbacks or complications.

While it is always helpful to bring any relevant medical records, imaging reports, or test results you may have received, a physician's referral is not required for your initial visit.
In Texas, direct access laws allow patients to receive physical therapy services without a physician's referral for up to 30 calendar days. If physical therapy is needed beyond 30 calendar days, we will work with you and your healthcare provider to ensure all necessary requirements are met for continued care.

Yes, we do. We will include a session receipt in case you need to submit that.
